Trade & Wholesale Accounts

We offer a 20% discount to the trade with no minimum order requirements.  To qualify we need your business name, mailing address, website and UBI number.  Please contact us directly for our full trade and wholesale line sheet. The line sheet includes product info, pricing, lead times and terms.

Lead Times

Our jewelry and objects carry a lead time of 2-3 weeks. Powder coated lighting, plated Large and Smalls Spicas and furniture carry an 8 week lead time and the of the plated pieces run at a 12 week lead time. If these are unclear, please contact us directly. If your schedule requires a faster turn-around time, please contact us and we will do what we can to accommodate your needs.

Payment

We process transactions using the latest SSL certificate encryption technologies that meet all credit card association standards. We will never share, sell, or distrubute personal information without your consent. All orders must be paid in full prior to shipping. 

We accept Visa, Mastercard, or American Express.

Check Please make checks payable to Iacoli & McAllister.  Checks must clear our bank before an order can go into production.  We will be in touch two weeks prior to shipping to ensure the receipt and clearance of any final payments by check before shipping.

Wire Transfer Please contact us for wire transfer info. There is a $25 charge for wire transfers to cover bank fees.

2 Year Limited Warranty

Iacoli & McAllister offers a two year limited warranty to the original buyer on all merchandise purchased from an authorized dealer, distributor or retailer. We guarantee against material and craftsmanship defects. Please contact us as soon as you notice a defect to make your claim. We require clear photo documentation of the defect(s) and will repair or replace the damage at our discretion. In order to receive repaired or replacement merchandise, the product must have been taken care of according to our recommended care instructions. Replacement merchandise will carry the standard 8-12 week lead time. It is the buyer’s responsibility to keep the original invoice or receipt to confirm your purchase date.

Domestic Shipping

Small items (jewelry and objects) are shipped via USPS and are sent with a tracking number. Standard shipping for larger items (furniture & lighting) is Fedex Ground. For an additional cost more expedient shipping options are available, please contact us directly to discuss. Sending international shipments via post is available, with some restrictions, again please contact us and we’ll work it out.

International Shipping

Small items (jewelry and objects) are shipped via USPS and are not trackable once they have left the US border. If you would like to be able to track your package, we can ship via Fedex which is significantly more expensive.

Standard shipping for larger items (furniture & lighting) is Fedex International Ground. For an additional cost more expedient shipping options are available, please contact us directly to discuss.

You may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees. You are responsible for these additional charges. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you can contact your local customs office for further information.

Return Credit Policy

Returns are accepted within 10 days of receipt of merchandise to receive credit. Iacoli & McAllister does not issue refunds and we do not accept returns on sale, custom or wholesale orders. To return your order for credit or exchange, please email us at sales@iacolimcallister.com for an RMA# number. We must receive the merchandise within 14 calendar days of issuing the RMA#. Use the provided RMA# when shipping your product back to us.

We must receive the merchandise in the original shipping packaging and all lighting must be uninstalled. We highly recommend insuring the merchandise for the full retail price and using a trusted carrier. Please contact us if you need a recommendation. Any damage sustained during the return transit is the responsibility of the customer.

Once we receive the returned and undamaged merchandise, we will issue a credit less a 15% restocking fee and shipping charges, with a minimum deduction of $25.00. The credit is valid for one year, after which it is forfeited. Please use your RMA# when calling or emailing about the status of or to use your credit.

Damaged Merchandise

If you receive damaged product, please contact us within 24 hours, so we can take the necessary next steps with the shipping company.
