For orders placed by email, payment must be made in full prior to shipment. We require a deposit of half the subtotal to start the job; the remainder of the balance (including shipping) is due when we ship. Payments can be made via check, Visa, Mastercard, Discover or American Express. Wire transfer is available for international purchases only.

Small items (jewelry and objects) are shipped via USPS and are sent with a tracking number. Standard shipping for larger items (furniture & lighting) is Fedex Ground. For an additional cost more expedient shipping options are available, please contact us directly to discuss. Sending international shipments via post is available, with some restrictions, again please contact us and we’ll work it out.
Small items (jewelry and objects) are shipped via USPS and are not trackable once they have left the US border. If you would like to be able to track your package, we can ship via Fedex which is significantly more expensive. Standard shipping for larger items (furniture & lighting) is Fedex International Ground. For an additional cost more expedient shipping options are available, please contact us directly to discuss. You may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees. You are responsible for these additional charges. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you can contact your local customs office for further information.
Exchanges and Returns
If, for some reason, you are unhappy with your furniture or lighting purchase you can return it within 10 days of receipt. We will issue a refund, minus shipping costs and a 15% restock fee, as long as the merchandise is in its original condition. Please take care in repackaging the product as it was shipped to you; keeping all packaging, inserts and tags intact. Exchanges follow the same guidelines, 10 business days, minus shipping costs. If you receive damaged product, please contact us as soon as possible, so we can take the necessary next steps with the shipping company. All special orders, jewelry and objects are FINAL SALE.
